Description

Automated comprehensive testing and commissioning of relay protection and automation devices of all generations: - complex modern relay protection and automation devices, - electromechanical relay protection and automation devices, - protection devices with up to 6 voltage channels, - digital devices supporting IEC 61850, - high-precision automation and control devices. High-precision metrological verification of: - electricity meters.

Technical specifications

Main advantages of the RETOM-71:

- Accuracy class 0.1 ensures high-precision testing of relay protection and automation devices, as well as metrological verification of electricity meters, etc.;

- Two three-phase current systems are designed for comprehensive testing of any relay protection and automation devices, including differential protection;

- Maximum output current in six-phase mode – 20 A,

- In three-phase mode (three channels with two sources connected in parallel) – 40 A,

- In single-phase mode (six sources connected in parallel) – 120 A;

- Two three-phase voltage systems allow testing of protection devices with a large number (up to 6) of voltage channels;

- Maximum output voltage in six-phase mode – 140 V,

- In three-phase mode – 140 V,

- In single-phase mode (two sources connected in series) – 280 V;

- A built-in DC voltage source (264 V) allows for autonomous testing of microprocessor and electromechanical panels at various supply voltage levels;

- The most comprehensive analysis of the response of the tested protection system using 16 discrete inputs and 16 discrete outputs, while new convenient connectors significantly simplify connection and configuration diagrams;

- A full-featured dual-channel oscilloscope-multimeter allows for oscillographic recording of output and external signals, comparison of the obtained data with data from a discrete signal recorder, and export of oscillograms in COMTRADE format;

- IEC 61850 support – two built-in Ethernet ports provide a noise-immune connection to the control computer, as well as the reception and transmission of GOOSE messages (16 incoming/16 outgoing);

- An extensive range of universal software programs allows for manual and semi-automatic testing of any protection system;

• the ability to create custom test scenarios using the "Sequence Generator," "RZA Test," "RETOM-Master," and "Test Generator" programs included in the delivery package;

- over 65 specialized programs for automated testing of relay protection and automation devices from well-known manufacturers, which can be additionally included in the delivery package at the customer's request;

- the latest software version is always available in your personal account on the company's website;

- the use of additional RET-10, RET-TN, RETOM-61850, and RET-GPS units significantly expands the capabilities of the RETOM-71 device;

- a wide range of accessories included in the delivery package consists of various cables and adapters for comprehensive testing of relay protection and automation systems of any complexity;

- guaranteed reliability – new design and circuit solutions ensure high reliability of the system, both in operation and during transportation;

- compactness – despite its small weight (16 kg) and dimensions, the device provides the output parameters necessary for testing both electromechanical and all types of modern protection systems;

- High noise immunity – the system complies with GOST R 51317.6.5-2006 (IEC 61000-6-5:2001) and FGC UES STO 56947007-29.240.044-2010, allowing it to be used in substations of any voltage level.

The RETOM-71 test system is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of delivery.

The calibration interval is 4 years.
