The DensiControl DA allows a quick check of the switch settings of a density monitor at specified parameters such as pressure and temperature. This device provides a quick, accurate check of the trip points. The density monitor type must be verified, selected from the database, and then set on the quick-clamp device. Once the measurement is started, the pressure is automatically increased to the fill pressure and the switch points are recorded. The switching points can be saved in the system with serial number and temperature indication, thus creating a data file for documentation.
