Thus ensuring that no oil from the vacuum pump can get into the gas compartment in case of operating errors. The portable vacuum pump unit is convincing by its easy handling. The unit serves for evacuation of air or nitrogen from gas compartments. The 16 m³/h vacuum pump (standard version) enables a final vacuum of 1 mbar. Thus it is guaranteed that no air/gas mixture can be generated and the excellent insulation properties of SF6 or other quenching and insulating gases are maintained. With the optionally available DILO flange coupling groove parts, the vacuum pump unit can also be used for C4-FN and CA.
