The RETOM-61 is a universal test system for solving complex diagnostic problems. It enables both manual and automatic testing and adjustment of relay protection and automation devices of all generations—from electromechanical panels to microprocessor terminals.
Automated testing and commissioning of all generations of relay protection and automation devices: - Modern microprocessor relays and complex protection systems from domestic and international manufacturers; - Digital devices supporting IEC 61850; - A full range of electromechanical panels and protection and automation kits; - Domestic semiconductor relay protection and automation devices; - Fault location devices; - Emergency control panels and telemetry circuits; - Electrical system synchronization devices; - Generator excitation systems; - Railway protection systems.
The main advantages of the RETOM-61:
- Two three-phase current systems delivering up to 36 A, with a maximum power of 700 VA per channel, allow for quick and easy testing of complex relay protection and automation devices, including transformer differential protection;
- Parallel connection of current channels allows for a current of up to 72 A per channel with a total power of over 2000 VA in three-phase mode, as well as a current of up to 200 A with a power of 1400 VA in single-phase mode;
- Four voltage channels delivering 135 V and a power of 80 VA per channel allow for testing complex microprocessor protection systems;
- The ability to output single-phase voltage up to 405 V allows for testing protection systems in 0.4 kV circuits;
High typical signal fidelity, corresponding to a level of 0.1%, allows the device to be used as a calibrator;
- A built-in DC voltage source (264 V) allows for autonomous testing of the MP and EM panels at various supply voltage levels;
- 16 high-resolution (0.1 ms) discrete inputs allow for the most comprehensive analysis of the response of the protection being tested;
- 8 discrete outputs allow for the simulation of various signals (acceleration, RPO, RPV, blocking, etc.);
- A full-featured dual-channel oscilloscope-multimeter allows for oscillographic recording of output and external signals, comparison of the obtained data with discrete signal recorder data, and export of oscillograms in COMTRADE format;
- The use of Ethernet technology ensures high noise immunity and high data exchange speed between the device and the PC;
- The ability to receive and generate GOOSE messages (16 incoming/16 outgoing) enables testing according to the IEC 61850 standard;
- Parallel operation of several RETOM-61 devices from a single PC allows for the required number of current and voltage sources;
- A wide range of universal software programs allows for manual and semi-automated testing of any relay protection and automation devices;
- The use of specialized software (over 65 programs) enables automatic testing of protection devices from well-known manufacturers, reducing testing time and eliminating the possibility of human error;
- The "Sequence Generator," "Relay Protection and Automation Test," "RETOM-Master," and "Test Generator" programs included in the delivery kit allow you to create your own test scenarios;
- The latest software version is always available thanks to a simple and convenient update method from the company's website;
- The use of additional RET-10, RET-TN, RETOM-61850, and RET-GPS units significantly expands the capabilities of the RETOM-61 device;
- A wide range of accessories included with the RETOM-61 allows you to connect relay protection and automation devices of varying complexity;
- All connection ports are located on the front panel, allowing the device to be used in both horizontal and vertical positions;
- The RETOM-61 complies with the noise immunity requirements of GOST R 51317.6.5-2006 (IEC 61000-6-5:2001) and STO FGC UES 56947007-29.240.044-2010, allowing it to be used in substations of any voltage level.
