The RETOM-51 relay protection test complex is a powerful and universal solution for automated testing and adjustment of relay protection and automation devices of any generation. The complex supports work with complex microprocessor systems (four voltage channels of 135 V, total power of 80 VA per channel), digital protocols according to IEC 61850 (including GOOSE messages), as well as analog and discrete signals, which makes it in demand in the electric power industry.

Description

Automated testing and commissioning of relay protection and automation devices of all generations: - modern microprocessor relays and complex protection systems from domestic and foreign manufacturers; - digital devices supporting IEC 61850; - domestic semiconductor relay protection and automation devices; - fault location devices; - emergency control panels and telemetry circuits; - electrical system synchronization devices; - generator excitation systems; - railway protection systems.

Technical specifications

The main advantages of the RETOM-51:

- a three-phase current system delivering up to 36 A and a maximum power of 700 VA per channel enables full testing of any high-power protection and automation devices, including high-impedance electromechanical relays, without the use of additional converters;

- parallel connection of current channels allows for a current of up to 100 A per channel with a total power of 1400 VA in single-phase mode;

- four voltage channels delivering 135 V and a power of 80 VA per channel enable testing of complex microprocessor protection systems;

- the ability to deliver single-phase voltage up to 405 V enables testing of protection systems in 0.4 kV circuits;

- high typical signal fidelity of 0.1% allows the device to be used as a calibrator;

- a built-in 300 W DC voltage source enables testing of MP and EM panels in standalone mode at various supply voltage levels;

- 16 high-resolution discrete inputs (0.1 ms) enable the most comprehensive analysis of the response of the tested protection;

- 8 discrete outputs allow for the simulation of various signals (acceleration, RPO, RPV, blocking, etc.);

- A full-featured dual-channel oscilloscope-multimeter allows for oscillographic recording of output and external signals, comparison of the obtained data with data from a discrete signal recorder, and export of oscillograms in COMTRADE format;

- The use of Ethernet technology ensures high noise immunity and high-speed data exchange between the device and the PC;

- The ability to receive and generate GOOSE messages (16 incoming/16 outgoing) enables testing according to the IEC 61850 standard;

- Parallel operation of several RETOM-51 devices from a single PC allows for the required number of current and voltage sources;

- A wide range of universal software programs allows for manual and semi-automated testing of any relay protection and automation devices;

- The use of specialized software enables automatic testing of protection devices from well-known manufacturers, reducing testing time and eliminating the possibility of human error;

- The "Sequence Generator," "Relay Protection and Automation Test," "RETOM-Master," and "Test Generator" programs, included in the delivery package, allow you to create your own testing scenarios;

- The latest software version is always available thanks to a simple and convenient update method from the company's website;

- The use of additional RET-10, RET-TN, RETOM-61850, and RET-GPS units significantly expands the capabilities of the RETOM-51 device;

- The wide range of accessories included with the RETOM-51 allows you to connect relay protection and automation devices of varying complexity;

- All connection ports are located on the front panel, allowing the device to be operated in both horizontal and vertical positions;
