For oil circuit breakers, the production complex “Izolyator – High-Voltage Bushings” (“Izolyator-VV”) manufactures bushings with primary insulation impregnated with a special epoxy compound followed by curing. Depending on the type of main insulation, the bushings are produced either with internal RIP insulation (Resin Impregnated Paper), based on creped electrical insulating paper, or with next-generation insulation — RIN (Resin Impregnated Nonwoven), which offers enhanced moisture resistance and represents the most advanced and promising type of internal insulation for high-voltage bushings. RIN insulation is based on a polymer nonwoven material that does not contain cellulose, which ensures extremely high hydrophobic properties and resistance even to intense exposure to atmospheric moisture. This virtually eliminates the risk of moisture ingress into the internal insulation of bushings under harsh conditions or in case of improper operation and storage.
We offer various designs of bushings depending on the conditions of the surrounding environment in oil circuit breakers.
The high-voltage bushings we supply are fully interchangeable with DTOIP high-voltage bushings, DTOI high-voltage bushings, and BRIB high-voltage bushings.
