For power transformers and shunt reactors, the manufacturing complex “Izolyator – High Voltage Bushings” (“Izolyator-VV”) produces bushings with main insulation impregnated with a special epoxy compound followed by curing. Depending on the type of main insulation, the bushings are manufactured with either internal RIP insulation (Resin Impregnated Paper), based on creped electrical insulation paper, or with new-generation RIN insulation (Resin Impregnated Nonwoven), which offers enhanced moisture resistance and represents the most advanced and promising type of internal insulation for high-voltage bushings. The RIN insulation is based on a polymer nonwoven material that contains no cellulose, giving it extremely high hydrophobic properties and resistance even to intense atmospheric moisture exposure. This virtually eliminates the risk of internal insulation moisture absorption under harsh conditions or when storage and operating rules are violated.
We offer various designs of bushings depending on the operating environment inside transformers and reactors.
Our high-voltage bushings are fully interchangeable with DTOP/DTOI and BRIT bushings.
