PARMA RAS VAF-A(M2) is a three-phase voltampere-phase meter, which also functions as a recorder of emergency and normal signals. It is designed to measure parameters of electrical networks, such as voltage, current, phase shift angle, and to determine phase rotation. In addition, the device can be used to record emergency and normal operating modes.
PARMA RAS VAF®-A(M2) will help relay protection and automation services, the chief power engineer of industrial enterprises and a wide range of specialists involved in the adjustment, control, diagnostics and operation of electrical installations to solve the following tasks: − record emergency oscillograms on 4 current channels and 4 voltage channels, saving data in COMTRADE format − record daily load graphs and carry out long-term monitoring of electrical network parameters (self-recorder) − monitor switching in distribution devices − identify the causes of emergency mode − evaluate the correct operation of relay protection and automation devices and emergency control − determine the harmonic composition of current and voltage (up to and including the 14th harmonic) − monitor phase sequence − record volt-ampere characteristics − measure the phase shift angle and plot vector diagrams of voltage and current − monitor circuits in DC board − check the integrity of electrical conductors (continuity test) − perform operational maintenance of relay protection circuits and power circuits of electrical installations − monitor the condition and diagnostics of DC circuits
