Transformer oil regeneration unit

Delivery of the First Transformer Oil Regeneration Unit to the Republic of Kazakhstan


A contract has been signed between TESSA INTER GROUP LLP and KEGOC JSC for the supply of the "ETMA URTM-2x2-BV 1.2-I U1" transformer oil regeneration unit, manufactured by PKTB "ELECTROTECHMONTAGE" JSC, Ukraine.

This will be the first time such a unit is used in Kazakhstan, and we are honored to have been entrusted with this critical project, which reaffirms our professionalism.


The unit is designed to regenerate up to 5 tons of transformer oil per cycle, with each cycle lasting one calendar day. This means that within one week, the customer can purify up to 25 tons of oil, which corresponds to the full oil volume of a medium-power transformer.


By using the "ETMA URTM" series regeneration units, energy companies can reduce their transformer oil procurement volume by 50-90%, potentially saving them tens or even hundreds of millions of tenge.


*Based on the following initial oil parameters: acid number – no more than 0.1 KOH/g; dielectric loss tangent at 90°C – no more than 5%.
